I was hoping to satisfy my curiosity and even attraction towards crossdressing men and those that sway from gender "norms" but I found this book a little insulting and more in aid of helping spouses to cope with a crossdressing partner. I found it a little offensive towards CDs, rather than commending them for expressing themselves in a way that feels right for them, for their honesty and bravery but it is not something I can really relate to. I wonder if there is any material out there written by people who enjoy dating and being in relationships with crossdressers and other non-binary people. I was even expecting a little more humour and lightness around the subject and maybe tips on how to support CD partners and how to deal with other people's (especially friends' and family's) judgements. The book is aimed at those struggling to come to terms with and to understand their CD partners, fair enough, was just hoping for a more positive and embracing outlook.
